Maynor Creek

This is our group vaca to Maynor Creek!! We had the best time! So...here's the guest list: Bryan, Megghan, and Landon Purvis, Jenna, Jason, and Jaycee Carroll, Us!, Michelle, David, and Lexi Dale, Heather, Beth, and Chad! We stayed for 3 days in 2 cabins....the beds were terrible!!!, but other than that...we had a great stay! We went out on the boat, swam in the beautiful...lol....muddy creek water, and ate lots of good food! It was fun to have all the babies together..although we were missing a few:(. As you can see, Jaycee enjoyed the sink bath much more than Pyper, and I'm not sure how we missed sink pics of Landon:(. He enjoyed his sink bath, too! Pyper wasn't too crazy about her new lifejacket...but nevertheless...she had to wear it! Aunt B and Uncle Chad let them touch their first fish...eww. This is definately a trip we will have to make yearly...although we might stay a little closer to home at Flint Creek and enjoy the water park, as well. Had a blast, though! Thanks to everyone who went!

Well, here they are again! Pyper and Jaycee taking their first bath together...aren't they sweet.....they thought it was so fun that they got to be in the tub at the same time!

I had to take a pic of Lil Pyper on Sunday before church.....I love this little dress! She was soooo cute in it! And I love her little smile....she rarely lets me put a bow in her hair.....so I had to post this one! Isn't she precious!!!!

Pyper- 13 months

Well, here's a lil update on our baby girl...she is 13 months old, and she is walking everywhere...and getting into anything she can reach! She's a little stubborn, I can't figure out for the life of me where she might get that, lol. Although her favorite thing to play with is trucks, we occasionally catch her holding and rocking her babies. We no longer have a bottle, but her binkie is her best friend, as you can see. She never goes to sleep without it. She loves her lil car and screams if we put it outside, so it lives in our living room....so much for room to walk. But, what the Princess wants...the Princess gets.

Flint Creek July 09

Well, this was our little couples getaway to Flint Creek. We had a great time! We rented a cabin and spent a couple of days between the waterpark, tubing, and just cruising in the boat (love my hubby's hair in this pic, lol)!! We are all proud of Chad for actually being able to get up on the wakeboard....way to go Cap'n! This will definately be a trip that we make again! Thanks to all of our friends who went..good times!

Ain't No Party Like a Brown Rd. Party! lol...ok, this one called for incorrect grammar! We decided to have a last minute party this year..and there were no water slides available. So, my husband and his crafty gang of redneck engineers came up with the sling shot slip n slide..it involved a 200 ft piece of bisqueen, a ski rope, a river rat intertube, a pick-up truck with trailer ball, and lots of baby shampoo! Did you know that if the 4 wheeler takes off in 3rd gear, you can easily go 30 mph down plastic? We had the best time ever! It rained, but it didn't ruin our day, it just made the baby pool a little deeper...lol. We all enjoyed it....wish we would have gotten out the camcorder...I'm sure it would have been great you tube footage! Someday soon...one of us will have to put in a real pool, guys!!!
